Terms of Use

Permitted use

• Use Shakescape only in compliance with applicable law, the product license, app-store and operating-system terms, and the terms of websites and network services you choose to use.
• Install only a package intended for your platform and obtained from a source you trust.
• Keep the operating system and platform browser engine current with security updates.
• Do not bypass blocking states or warnings in a way that represents an unverified name, connection, transaction, or peer as verified.

Product boundaries

Shakescape is device-local software, not a Denuo Web browsing, DNS, custody, exchange, financial, account, or availability service. It depends on mobile platform components, Handshake and Bitcoin peers, DNS operators, websites, and network conditions outside Denuo Web's control.

Local validation and fail-closed behavior reduce specific risks but do not guarantee that a name, website, peer, resolver, certificate, transaction, marketplace offer, network, or blockchain remains available, correct, valuable, or safe.

Wallet and blockchain use

• You are responsible for safeguarding the recovery phrase and verifying every recipient, amount, fee limit, name, listing, peer, and native approval before authorizing it.
• Blockchain transactions and name operations may be irreversible. Network fees, confirmation times, chain reorganizations, peer behavior, protocol rules, and market value are outside Denuo Web's control.
• Synchronization, transaction broadcast, name operations, direct peer sessions, and atomic-swap workflows can fail, be delayed, require recovery action, or remain incomplete.
• A paired peer is transport, not authority and not proof that a transaction was mined or a trade settled.
• Shakescape does not recover lost phrases, reverse transactions, hold assets for users, guarantee counterparties, or provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Third-party content and services

Websites, app stores, operating systems, DNS operators, blockchain peers, configured recovery services, paired peers, and download destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for the endpoints you configure and information you submit to them. Denuo Web does not endorse or control third-party content merely because Shakescape can reach it.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be removed, fail closed, or require a later app version as the software and underlying protocols evolve. Published versions remain governed by the license and notices distributed with those versions. Denuo Web may update these website terms for later releases; the effective date above identifies this version.

No warranty; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shakescape is provided as is and as available, without warranties or conditions of any kind. Denuo Web is not liable for losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the software, loss of recovery material, transactions, name operations, third-party services, network failures, or security incidents, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. The complete product license also applies to licensed use of the software.
